Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

Shipping And Handling

FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS OVER $200 SUBJECT TO CHANGE. $15 SHIPPING ON ORDERS  $200 OR LESS, WITHIN THE USA.

RETURNS POLICY:

• Full return granted for all unopened orders within 30 days of purchase
• 20% restocking fee incurred for all opened orders or orders returned after 30 days of purchase date
• Return shipping fees to be paid by customer

The following information will be required to process your Return Authorization (RA) Number Request:

1. Date of Order
2. Complete Name as it appears on your order
3. Sales Receipt Number (Order number is helpful as well)
4. Reason for Return

We will issue the Return Authorization Number you need for your refund for up to 30 days from the date of purchase. This number needs to be placed on the outside of the shipping box, as well as inside – on a copy of your sales receipt.

Please take all precautions to keep the product, cords, instruction books and packaging material in as new condition as possible during the 30-day guarantee period, as all of these items will be required for a quick and proper refund. We cannot give refunds for items that are not intact.

Any FREE items you received with your order need to be sent back along with your return.

The RA number must be written on the outside of the return package for credit. We reserve the right to determine if an item is returnable, shipping charges are NOT refundable. Items returned without an Return Authorization number, or are incomplete or damaged, will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

3. We are not responsible for any kind of damage that could be occurred from installing our units.
4. Any detective parts will be replaced without charge.
5. Support and installation help available by phone.
6. We carry a wide variety of replacement parts, call for prices.
